They' ve red their customers threds and forums. They realized that they have come to decision to do something with their faithful customers, owners of their M and R System. As the very best Camera and Lens manufacturers in the world, they came up with 4/ 3 Adapter. Meanwhile, the DMR was born. Actually, a lot of people did not realized that initially, R8 and R9 were meant to be Digital, but because of the financial resource limitations, it took LEICA so long to finally come back to the Digital back solution. They launched DMR and it is brilliant. They come up with great M8 and finally with S System which speaks for itself and the versatility of the 35mm system.. Now, the time come to make R10 Full Frame Digital, based on the S Technology. One thing amazes me, though: How such a small company whatever they do they make the History, Ruling the Future and setting ingeniously the new paths and standards in photographic world, in our ruthless time of informations ignorance and the Disposable mentality,... hhhmmmm? LEICA, I admire You and keep doing your way; I wish the world is set up more Your way. Unfortunately, it is not!?..
