I know this is not really a photography related product, but if you want an exact measurement of the distance between your camera and your subject with with an accuracy of ± 1.5 mm this one is for you - Leica DISTO D2, the smallest laser distance meter in the world.

    The Leica rangefinder you posted is not a product of Leica Camera. It is made by a separate company, Leica Geosystems, which is Swiss and, essentially, the remains of Wild. They were all originally part of Wold Leitz for a while, but broken up in 1990s.
