Leica D-Lux 4 firmware 1.20 released

Leica D-Lux 4 firmware 1.20 was released today. What was fixed:

  1. Optimized auto white balance performance.
  2. Optimized auto focus performance.

    Has this work for anybody yet?
    I did everything exactly as instructed and it doesn’t show the screen: asking me if I would like to update the firmware.

    yes, i updated it earlier this evening and it worked like a charm. make sure you copy the bin file to the root directory of the SD card; when you power it on, also make sure you are in Playback mode.

    i have already experienced much better white balance handling under low light situations…

    I got it to update.
    I guess I just had to make sure the battery was fully charged
