Olive Leica M3 were designed for German army, started from 1957 with last batch produced in 1968, according to the official Leica list there are only 144 left. The one we have here is a single stroke M3 S/N: 12069xx, which would make it part of the July 1968 batch. The companion are three lens (Summaron 35mm f/2.8, Elmar 50mm f/3.5, Hektor 135mm f/4.5), a Leica meter MC & Booster, with Bundeswehreigentum (means Military property) engravings.

    It’s “Bundeswehreigentum”, not “Bundeseigentum”.
    which means “property of the armed forces” and not “federal prperty”

    Free Shipping is the best one :) It costs a flight ticket and a person who is carrying the cam the the new owner. So might be a cheap offer :)
