Folks, pretty much every Leica dealer in the USA is taking deposits and pre-orders. If you want one fast don’t overlook your local camera store or “not the usual suspects”. I had my M8.2, Nikon D3, D700, D300, and D200 all well before most folks on the wait lists of the NYC and Midwest “usual suspects”. Be a little creative in your shopping.

Any chance that there will be a wide angle adapter for the X1 (similar to the wide angler adapter for the D-LUX 4 maybe)? Don’t really need a zoom but I often need wider than 35mm.

But will they take back my M8.2 for a M9 !!!!! or any upgrade for the sensor!? that’s the real question!!!
