i’m not saying this isn’t true, but I’ve been on their list since Dec 2 and when i called on Dec 5th just to check in I was told I was number 5 on the list for a black one. So I would think that even though they had one in the shop it was probably spoken for already. I haven’t gotten any updates this week yet.
I am told that I am (most anxiously) number one on their list. I put my name on November 25th at about 5 PM, after they had just sold the three you accurately said they had in stock. Hopefully Leica is still shipping M9s out regularly. I gave up on the wait at B&H and they promptly refunded my credit card.
