The other day, I received an email from the Amazon Concierge stating that the approximate shipping date of this camera would be March 1st. Today I received an email from Amazon canceling my order stating that "Due to a lack of availability from our suppliers, we will not be able to obtain the Leica M9:" Does this mean there will be a newer model or that it's going to take forever to get the camera? I don't know, but due to them canceling my order, I also canceled a back-ordered Leica Summilux 1.4 ASPH lens. I'm very disappointed and disillusioned in the Leica brand right now.
