I don’t know if this lens is actually Leica M ready… It isn’t clear… so I wrote them.

For anyone who’s curious, f/0.75 is .83 stops faster than f/1. (f/0.7 is the next stop down from f/1.)

This particular lens is not modified for the Leica M mount. I know because this isn’t the first time the seller posted this lens on ebay and I have asked him before. Prior he was selling the lens for ~$900. Not worth it unless you know someone that can modify this lens but very unlikely.

Lens fungus in any quantity means this thing is worth all ten bucks. Youd have to be stupid to pay that price for a lens that not only will not fit your camera till you pay some sketchy guy in japan to modify it for you in his shed, but after all of that its got fungus. Dumb.

not to mention the ridiculous idea of trying to frame in your rangefinder

This looks like your typical X-Ray machine lens and probably delivers sub-standard results. It does not seem to have any diaphragm, which is par for the course for this type of lens, nor do I see any evidence of a focusing helicoid.

    Can you say eBay BS?
