Why do you put watermark as leicarumors?
You stated in the other topic it was downloaded from another site.
    Copyright infringement I think.

V-Lux 20 seems to me just a ‘pimped up’ Panasonic TZ10 with the Leica name tag on it instead of the Panasonic one. Even the images indicate that. From what I’ve read the Panasonic TZ10 is worse in its’ image quality as its’ predecessor TZ7.

My conclusion, nothing fancy to expect.

The preliminary spec-sheet above states a lens with 11 elements in 8 groups. For the Panasonic it is only 10 elements in 8 groups. Could it be different this time, so that you do get additional value for the price difference?
But then again, they include useless software. Why should I pay for something, that would be garbage right away? They should better have decreased the price by 50 $/€ right away. Then it might have been a buy for me.

Digital photography is a maturing market. You may expect most photographers to already use their preferred picture processing software. To include a software that would increase the price by 50 €/$ (about 10 %), whereas most buyers will not make an adequate use of it, is nonsense in such a competitive market. Particularly if there is an almost identical product available. In their marketing brochure you will not find mention of any other attribute that would set their product apart. They could have touted better optics (coating, glass). But no.
Look at Apple. Their boxes are almost empty except for the product that the buyer wants and they don’t give you the bad feeling, that you have wasted your money on something that you don’t need. And their stuff sells like hot cakes.
