    Man Purse.

  • Ona profits from offshoring

Made by young women in the Dominican Republic who can only dream of ever visiting Berlin on the measly wages they earn.

    • bob2

Measly wages? By Western standards maybe, but likely equal to or better than the local wages. Unless you want women to continue working as prost1tutes in DR. Stop applying your narrow spoiled First World standards to other parts of the world.

      • Westerner

Then why not pay them Western standard wages? These are expensive first world prices that Ona is charging for these luxury bags. I don’t think he was applying “spoiled standards” but simply pointing out the profit margins enjoyed by the offshoring of cheaper labor for high dollar luxury goods. There’s one reason and one reason only that labor is being used in developing and third world countries; it’s called $$$.

bob2 is right…..many manufacturers use third world countries to produce their goods and Westerners are quick to complain and point fingers. The truth of the matter is that the jobs provided are highly sought after and better in many cases than what is otherwise available.

          Tilting at windmills.

        • BorisBulldog

Maybe because they don’t live in Western countries?

  • The Gipper

Beautiful bag, maybe a wee bit busy on the ends. The red rivet is silly. I doubt HCB or Capa would use it. Got no problems with man purse; I’m a man. Hike!

  • Say What?

    Looks like a ladies bag

  • CHD

    Beautiful bag….

    • Monty

Yes it is…and also invites a likely mugging in most town outside Salt Lake or Tiburon.
