The next Tamarkin Rare Camera auction will take place on Sunday, November 15, 2014:

The auction will be live with real-time bidding on the internet, on the floor and by telephone, email, and fax.

Prominent among the auction lots will be a chrome Leica-MP 179 with wonderful provenance, a Leica KE-7A, a Leica M9 Titan “Design Walter de Silva outfit,” rare lens hoods for the Nikon rangefinder 50mm Nikkor f1.1 and 50mm Micro-Nikkor f3.5, a grey Leica IIIc(k), a black enamel 50mm Summilux f1.4, and number of modern photo books by Cartier-Bresson, Robert Frank, Elliot Erwitt, Lee Friedlander, Dr. Paul Wolff, and Robert Mapplethorpe.

Instructions for bidding will be posted in German, Japanese and Chinese. Consignments will be accepted until the end of August.
