It seems that every week we get a new type of Sony a7 lens adapter. There is now even a new adapter from Techart (prototype I believe) that will let you autofocus Leica M lenses on Sony a7 cameras. See the demo in this video:

I am not sure how useful/practical/precise this adapter will be, but I am sure some Sony a7 user will be happy to have it.

Techart lens adapters are sold on eBay.
