New Leica M Typ 262 promo bundles introduced in the US

Leica USA added two new Leica M Typ 262 promo bundles. The first bundle was announced back in June and offers $2,095 in savings:

Leica M (Typ 262) camera
Leica Summarit-M 50mm f/2.4 lens (black finish)
Leica SF40 flash
Leica nylon systems case (medium size, black)

All three promotional sets will be available for sale until September 30, 2016.
