Leica is about to announce a new Leica Summicron-S 2/100mm ASPH medium format lens. The latest Adobe Lightroom 5.6 version already had a Leica Summicron-S 2/100mm ASPH lens profile:
There should also be a new 2.4.0.0 firmware update for the Leica S type 006 camera ($21,950.00) that will bring improved AF. The official release date for the firmware update is August 14th.
