Leica Summilux-M 35mm f/1.4 AA ASPH 11873 silver chrome prototype lens for $750,000?

Setadel Studios currently has an eBay listing for a Leica Summilux-M 35mm f/1.4 AA silver chrome ASPH 11873 prototype lens with a price tag of $750,000. The problem here is that this same seller has listed some questionable Leica items for sale on eBay in the past: for example for the Leica M10 N08 camera prototype Leica Camera contacted me directly to confirm that they never produced such prototype model.

Is that Leica Summilux-M 35mm f/1.4 AA ASPH 11873 prototype lens real and is it worth $750k? I don’t know. What do you think?
