A quick update from Nokishita on the recently registered Leica 2998 camera – the new model will be equipped with Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth 4.2 and will be compatible with a new AC adapter ACA-DC17. There will be also a new cable release RC-SCL6:
Update – the Leica RC-SCL4 remote release cable is for the current Leica SL Typ 601, so there is a very good chance the 2998 is the new Leica SL2.
