Coming soon: Light Lens Lab ELCAN 50mm f/2 replica lens for Leica M-mount
In addition to the 35mm f/2 eight-element M-mount lens, the Chinese brand Light Lens Lab (LLL) will soon release a new ELCAN 50mm f/2 replica lens for Leica M-mount.
Update: PopFlash is now the official distributor of LLL (Light Lens Lab) lenses in the US – check out the LLL lenses listed at their eBay store.
- For Leica M-mount, M39-mount version will also be available for an extra charge and it will include an adapter (you will need an M-mount adapter to use the lens on M-mount cameras)
- Weight: 200-235g depending on finishes
- Dimensions: 36mm width, 51mm length
- Filter thread: 39mm (e39)
- Design: 4 elements in 4 groups, ultra-astigmat design just like the original ELCAN on the KE-7A
- Full brass body (except for the titanium version which is made from solid titanium)
- Available in chrome, black paint, black paint with brassing, safari, bare brass, and titanium finishes
- Scheduled to be released in late October/November
