The TTartisan 90mm f/1.25 full-frame mirrorless manual focus lens is now available also for Leica L-mount (the lens was previously available for Leica M-mount only). The price is $435 and the lens can be purchased directly from TTartisan or from Pegear (they both offer international shipping).
