After the Leica Noctilux M 50mm f/1.2 lens and Leica M10-P “Reporter” camera announcements, here is an updated list of rumored/expected Leica cameras and lenses (see the previous lists here):
Leica Q2 James Bond 007 limited edition camera (could be delayed).
Leica Q2 Daniel Craig x Greg Williams limited edition camera.
A new cheap Leica M film camera is rumored for 2021.
Leica CL2 camera is also rumored for 2021.
Leica L3 watch with a mechanical alarm complication (the first set of Leica watches from 2018 is still missing, but they should be coming soon).
A new Leica M mount camera with EVF is rumored (24MP sensor, body similar to the M240). The camera will have a native M mount and will be offered as an alternative to the M10 (the pictures above are just a concept sent in by a reader). In a recent interview, Leica representative called such a camera “unlikely”.
