Leica L3 watch with a mechanical alarm complication coming in 2019

In addition to the rose gold versions of the L1 and L2 watches, in 2019 Leica will also announce a new L3 watch with a mechanical alarm complication:

“The price of the watch, at $16,500 in stainless steel, is rather high and is clearly targeted towards the high-caliber enthusiast looking for something different, not only in design, but in capability as well. Keep an eye out for the next Leica timepiece, the L3 with an alarm complication, to be released later in 2019.” (Watchtime)

“There will be an L3 coming up, which will be a mechanical alarm watch. It will be based on the same movement, but with a complication that is quite unusual. Only a handful of brands are doing it right now. Our watches are created with photographers in mind; they travel the world taking pictures. So the second-time zone and alarm are really apt functions for the traveller.” (Watchesbysjx)

“ESQ: What complications did you encounter?
Andreas Kaufmann: Well, we have launched the Leica L1 and L2 that should be available in stores in September, but the product that I really love, but is not there yet, is the L3 with an alarm clock function.” (Esquiresg)

Has anyone purchased the Lecia L1 or L2? I am curious to hear your feedback.
