After the recent Leica SL3 camera and Leica Summilux-M 35 f/1.4 in black anodized limited edition lens announcements, here is an updated list/recap of expected/rumored Leica cameras and lenses (see all previous reports here):
→ Leica Q-E entry-level camera (just like with the Leica M-E).
→ Leica M interchangeable lens camera with built-in EVF (Leica RM?)
→ More Leica M lenses are expected to be announced/refreshed in order to take full advantage of the new 60MP sensor. Thanks to the success of the latest legacy/heritage lenses and the M6, Leica is also working on more lenses based on old releases.
→ For the Leica M 70th-anniversary in 2024, Leica is expected/rumored to release the next generation of Leica watches. A new Leica L3 watch with a mechanical alarm complication is a possibility.
→ Leica mirrorless medium format camera (scheduled for 2025-2026).
