What’s next for Leica? (May 2026 update)

No new Leica M or Leica Q models expected in 2026, only a few limited editions
Leica M11-P, Q3, D-Lux 8, and APO-M 50 f/2 in Metal Gray coming soon (may not be released together)
New Leica SL 44MP camera – probably will be called SL3-P (expected in May-June 2026)
Leica M12 (rumored for 2027)
Leica mirrorless medium format camera
Leica M-mount lens rumors:
- Leica APO-Summicron M 50mm f/2 with close focusing
Leica L-mount lens rumors:
- Leica SL APO 135mm
- Leica SL 85mm f/1.4 (probably based on Sigma design)
