I received a confirmation from Leica Camera that the latest M9 firmware version 1.176 will also work on Leica M9 Titanium cameras. The reason for the initial confusion was that Leica does not lists any firmware updates for the M9-T on their website.

    It helps a lot this firmware and the auto focus is great there is a new mode called the Bressson seems to take quite good shots and eglestone with a little more color
