There has been some illustrations online indicating that Ricoh may produce a cartridge for Leica M lenses. Yesterday DC Watch posted a report from the CP+ Camera and Imaging Show 2010 (Japan) and one of the pictures shows a Ricoh GXR camera with a Leica M lens:

Leica 35mm Summilux 1.4 lens is listed as discontinued on a dealer’s price list according to this post. Some dealers already have waiting lists.

Just to clarify the post regarding the NEW 35mm Summilux-M ASPH:
- The product image was mistakingly linked to the 35mm Summilux-R and has now been changed.

I believe an official Leica announcement will be made tomorrow or in the next few days before or during PMA.
A new Leica 35mm Summilux lens and new compact camera(s) are expected (and maybe even more).
