This is the tip I received anonymously:
I can confirm the rumor about the M9 release later this year. It will be released on 2009/09/09 and will be full frame! It'll cost about â‚6000.
I am surprised from this news - I don't know if Leica can pull this one out: they have to release the S2 and the R10 first I believe. I will try to get some more info on this unconfirmed for now rumor.

OMG! Full frame!!
Oh please let this be true!!
be frank although I will be more than happy that this is ture, but it’s very unlikely …
There’s no way in hell I’m paying US$8,399.46 for a camera. Sorry.
As Doug Herr has said: The Sky is Falling!!!,…
M8 is almost a perfect tool, now M9 FF/why such hurry?/… DMR Discontinued,… Now R10, dropped dead,… announcing the some sort of VF FF made by Panasonic/temporary solution for the R users/. ISo, instead of the new R10 fully Digital SLR integrated body, they announed the brand New S format.
I am completely lost???
