The Leica M limited edition set with the new Leica 28mm Summilux-M f/1.4 ASPH lens that was announced for the 100 years anniversary of Leica Camera is now available for pre-order at the Leica Store Miami. Additional information on the set can be found here.
Leica is rumored to refresh the current M-E model ($5,450.00) in the next few months (most likely at Photokina in September). The new camera will be called M-S or M-E2 and will have the same 18MP CCD sensor with updated LCD screen and new battery (probably from the M 240).

Few days ago Panasonic announced a new FZ1000 superzoom camera with 1″sensor, 4k video and 25-400mm f/2.8-4 lens that could be the base for the next V-Lux model (V-Lux 5, unless they change the name to Leica V type xxx).
