Sinar announced a new S-CS adapter for Leica S lenses:
Sinarback S 30|45 meets the Leica S Lenses
The Sinarback S 30|45 provides maximum flexibility, high sensor sensitivity of up to ISO 12500, and extensive features for photography and video in the best quality. When productions require high mobility and superior image quality, photographers, in addition to the renowned Sinaron Digital Lenses, now also have the option of using Leica S Lenses that are fitted with a central shutter (CS). And the autofocus capability of the Leica S Lens and the Sinarback S 30|45 is fully retained.

The above described connection is made possible by the new Sinar S-CS Adapter. So, the chain consisting of the Sinarback S 30|45, the Sinar S-CS Adapter, and the Leica S Lenses forms a compact and easy-to-use system unit.
The operation can be adapted to the needs of the photographer: It can be operated directly on the Sinarback S 30|45 or conveniently remote-controlled via USB cable or via WLAN with the capturing software Sinar CaptureFlow or via the Sinarback App on mobile phone (iOS).
