Leica SL firmware update 3.6 released



In addition to the new APO-Summicron-SL 50mm f/2 Asph lens, today Leica announced also a new firmware update version 3.6 for the Leica SL mirrorless camera adding compatibility with existing and upcoming lenses from the L-Mount alliance partners:

  • Improvement on compatibility with existing and upcoming lenses from L-Mount Alliance partners.
  • Improvement on compatibility with L-Mount lenses that are equipped with an AF/MF selection on the lens.
  • Improvement on compatibility with L-Mount lenses that are equipped with an OIS mode switch on the lens.
