The only Leica Q/Q2 camera competitor, the Zeiss ZX1, is now available for pre-order for… $6,000:


The price broke all previous expectations and predictions and unless I am missing something, I don’t see how the ZX1 is a $1,000 better camera compared to the Leica Q2 (priced at $5,000), but then again, I am just a Leica fanboy. Previous coverage of the Zeiss ZX1 camera can be found here and here.
