The Japanese company Loca Design released a new KANI 43mm extension ring that allows you to attach the HT75mm filter holder (with the HT75 step-up ring) on the Leica D-Lux/D-Lux 7/D-Lux Type 109 and Panasonic LX100/LX100 M2 cameras:
