The new Leica APO-Summicron-M 35mm f/2 ASPH lens will be priced at $8,195 (announcement in the next few days)



The previously leaked Leica APO-Summicron-M 35mm f/2 ASPH lens will be priced at $8,195. The price in Japan will be ¥1,056,000 including tax.  The official announcement will take place in the next few days – the new lens has already been added to a US website. There is also a new leak indicating that the minimum focusing distance of the new APO lens could be 30cm (see the marking on the left side of the focusing ring):
