PPP Cameras released a new rewind lever for Leica M1, M2, M3, MA, and MP film cameras:
“We have developed a new rewind lever designed from solid brass and complete with a matching soft trigger. The rewind lever has been designed to work with a range of Leica M models and is being developed in solid brass so that it will age and wear with your camera, producing a unique finish over time for each individual Leica user. The rewind lever has been developed to be slightly larger than others on the market including Leica’s, this has been done to make rewinding film easier in the field in a range of weather conditions including the cold. The soft trigger has been developed higher than most to improve overall ergonomics especially when using a camera grip, this also sports a matching hexagon finish to match the design of the rewind lever itself.”
The rewind lever will be available as a kit with the soft trigger ( this soft trigger will only be available when purchasing with the rewind lever ) or just by itself.
