New Kamerakraft LMGRIP v3.0 grip for Leica M film cameras now available (limited availability)

Kamerakraft has a new LMGRIP version 3.0 grip for Leica M film cameras. Here are the functions of the new grip:

Update – Kamerakraft grips are currently out of stock, but you can check the latest IDS Works modular grip for different Leica models:

  • Full Aluminium 6061 build, high class (12.9) fasteners.
  • Compatible with each and every film Leica M body, except the M5. This includes the Leica M1, M2*, M3*, M4, M4-2, M4-P, M6, M6TTL, M7, MP, MA, MD, and MD2 (MD’s are compatible only with non-scientific baseplate).
  • Four SR44 / LR44 battery compartments so that you won’t have any excuses when your batteries suddenly die.
  • Tripod quick-lock rail (ARCA standard) to stop messing with your clumsy and uncentered tripod screw.
  • One bottom wrist strap lug to prevent your fingers from being jammed in your previous goddamn strap.
  • Beautiful aesthetics that won’t ruin your beautiful Leica slimline!
  • A grippy profile that will let you hold your camera with only two fingers.

Improvements over the previous version 2.0:

  • Overall finish, adjustments
  • Improved design of the wrist strap lug and locking screw
  • Lighter

The new Kamerakraft LMGRIP v3.0 grip for Leica M film cameras is currently available only in black color (the silver version is sold out) and you can purchase it only at the official Kemerakraft website.

If you want to purchase the grip directly from Leica Rumors with PayPal, please contact me. This time I did not list the grip in the Leica Rumors Online Store but if needed, I can still take orders.

Please note that previous Kamerakraft versions sold out really quickly. The new M11 version is expected later this year.
