Red Dot Cameras has a new RDC 3D printed hood cap replacement for Leica Q cameras available for sale on their website for £30 inc. VAT:

“This 3D printed hood cap exclusive to Red Dot Cameras replaces the Leica hood cap for all Leica Q models (Leica Q, Leica Q2, and all other design variations). Made of TPE the cap fits the hood securely when the lens is not in use.”
