The Leica Q/Q2 has no competition – the Zeiss ZX1 is now discontinued



The Leica Q/Q2 cameras no longer have any competition in the full-frame fixed lens segment – the Zeiss ZX1 is now discontinued:


The 37.4MP $6,000 Zeiss ZX1 camera is now listed as discontinued at B&H and is no longer even listed at Adorama and Amazon.

The Zeiss ZX1 was announced in October 2020 (see previous coverage).

Zeiss has not announced any new photography products in almost 4 years now.
