Paris, April 2023, Leica announces the opening of its new Paris Flagship, the Leica Store Paris Village Royal at 26 rue Boissy d’Anglas in the heart of Paris.

- Library and café
- Product testing
- Workshop and community space Customer service (including after sales service)

The Leica brand, known for its values of excellence, quality and innovation, wanted to offer a real photographic living space: an entrance to welcome customers over a coffee, a sales area that will offer an immersive experience to visitors, with areas dedicated to each product range.
Customers will be able to benefit from expert advice and personalised services to meet specific needs.
On the upper floor, the Leica Akademie offers technical and artistic courses, including master classes, workshops and photowalks for customers to develop their photography skills. The Leica Store also offers product testing.
The Flagship also offers a high level of customer service, with an after-sales service to answer questions from customers and enthusiasts.
It’s the perfect place to discover Leica products, share your passion and experience with other photography enthusiasts, and experience photography in a different way. For more than a century, the brand has been creating products of exceptional quality that meet the needs of the most demanding professional and amateur photographers.
Visitors will also be able to explore the world of art and culture by consulting the books and browsing the exhibitions in the photo gallery. The Leica gallery is inaugurated with an exhibition by Paul Cupido, the first guest artist of the INSTANTS residency created by Château Palmer and Leica, born of a common desire to support contemporary photographic creation. This Dutch photographer gives us an intimate and dreamlike vision of the terroir of this holistic Grand Cru, which has built its reputation on the quality of its wines and its pioneering choices in viticulture. Séléné, by Paul Cupido, is the first exhibition of this new residence. A book has been published by Editions Filigranes and is on sale at the Leica Gallery.
This exhibition will be followed by those of François Fontaine, Claude Iverné ” Prix de la Fondation Henri Cartier-Bresson in 2015, and Paolo Roversi.
Quote de Cyril Thomas, directeur Leica Camera France
“Leica has over 170 years of experience and innovation in the world of high-end optics and cameras.
It was our duty to finally open a place dedicated to this cult brand and its unique products. This new store will allow us to present the entire Leica brand universe, from cameras and optics to binoculars, spotting scopes and laser rangefinders, watches and laser TVs.
The new Leica store includes a 100m2 gallery that will allow the brand to exhibit the biggest names in photography. It also has a brand-new customer service centre and a lounge dedicated to the Leica Akademie courses and experiences.
The new store is also a unique place where customers can come and discuss their passion with the Leica France team.
