Leica registered a new camera in Asia: Type 5404 (2023AJ18816, 2023-11-04):

Update – it seems that the 5404 camera is the Leica Q3:


The information coming from the Chinese social network Weibo is that some of the parts (for example the wireless module) described in the Leica Type 5404 camera are identical to the recently registered Panasonic P2303A (2023AP16161, 2023-09-28). Both cameras are rumored to have a 6oMP sensor similar to the Leica M11/Leica Q3 models. This information makes complete sense: we are getting closer to the official announcement of the Leica SL3 camera:
