The dream of a Voigtlander Bessa digital rangefinder camera is still alive

A member of the Leica Lenses Facebook Group posted this mockup of a Voigtlander Bessa digital rangefinder camera:

“Just a dream here, don’t kill me. The closest thing to a Leica that I owned was an Epson Rd1, but I have been a fan of Leica mount lenses, adapted to other cameras. I have always dreamed of a new camera like the Epson Rd1but modernized , I had hopes on the Pixii but naw, didn’t move any buttons in my soul. I wish Cosina , or perhaps Viltrox , 7artisans, Ttartisans came up with a camera that uses Leica M mount, perhaps with a AF thru helicoids or like techart. I would love 60 mp sony sensor, a high resolution evf with eye detection for manual focus like the Nikon Fz or the Z6iii has implemented. 4 fn buttons for programming custom buttons. Perhaps even a Olympus Pen F but in full frame, that uses Leica mount lenses.”
