Leica is expected to release the previously rumored Leica Vario-Elmarit-SL 70–200 f/2.8 ASPH lens very soon (maybe in the next few days). Here is the first leaked picture:
With the Vario-Elmarit-SL 70–200mm f/2.8 ASPH, Leica will complete the “Holy Trinity” of f/2.8 lenses:
Leica will also release a new Extender L 2.0x (previously rumored here). Currently, only the Leica Extender L 1.4x for Vario-Elmar-SL 100-400mm f/5-6.3 is available.
