Light Lens Lab announced a new 50mm f/2 “Rigid” lens for Leica M-mount. Here are the details:

  • Homage of the legendary 50mm f/2 V2
  • Classic seven elements in six groups design
  • Minimum focus distance (MFD) of 0.7 meters
  • Full-brass body
  • Lanthanide-infused elements “LaK-9”, with changes to lens coating for better durability and render performance.
  • Lenses are made by hand and assembled in limited quantities with utmost quality control and tolerance.
