I did mention this on social media a while back – it seems that the new Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphone (co-developed with Leica) has a curious design (or rather color scheme) that resembles a… Leica camera:



The official announcement is expected on February 27th. Here are the leaked camera details and additional pictures:

  • 50MP primary lens/sensor
  • 50MP ultra-wide lens/sensor
  • 50MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom lens/sensor
  • 200MP periscope telephoto with 4.3x zoom lens/sensor

In the US, Xiaomi phones can be purchased from Amazon.
