- Leica M-P Typ 240 olive finish (M-P is currently priced at $6,996)
- Silver Summicron-M 35mm f/2 ASPH lens that comes with a metal lens hood (the “normal” 35 Cron lens comes with plastic lens hood, priced at $2,948 for the silver version)
- Leather carrying strap
- Matching SD memory card holder and business cards holder
The price of the M-P Typ 240 Safari kit is $8,791.20 (after the 12% discount that is currently set to expire at the end of the month) – it offers over $1,100 in savings compared to purchasing the M-P and the lens separately and this is without taking in consideration the extra leather accessories.
The M-P 240 Safari set is currently sold out at most retailers – it was a limited production run of 1,500 pieces. A limited edition olive green M-P camera will most likely keep a better value over time compared to a regular M-P version.
