Rare Leica APO-Telyt-R 5/600mm lens prototype listed on eBay for $157k

The unique prototype of a Leica APO-Telyt-R 5/600mm lens is currently offered on eBay for EUR 140,000 (USD 157,000). Interestingly, the same lens was listed on eBay back in February 2015 for EUR 200,000 (USD 230,000). Leica Family Tree (Leica Stammbaum) sold at Christie’s for $475,000

Earlier today at 8:30pm (London time), the iconic Leica “Stammbaum” or Leica Family Tree was sold at Christie’s for a hammer price of GBP 300,000 plus the 20% buyer’s premium which equals to a total acquisition price of GBP 360,000 (EUR 425,000 or USD 475,000):
