Unusual activities in Wetzlar (Leica M11 event?)

Leica has invited many photographers, influencers, journalists, and Leica fans at Wetzlar for what I assume is a new product presentation/announcement. The first thing that comes to mind is Leica M11 on 11/11/2021, but I was told that the M11 announcement was delayed, or is it?

Update – the upcoming event in Wetzlar could be related to the Leica Oskar Barnack Award 2021 (award ceremony):

Try your luck: lottery to buy one of the thirty brand new Epson R-D1s digital rangefinder cameras with Leica M-mount for $17 (Japan only)

Epson found thirty brand new Epson R-D1s digital rangefinder cameras with Leica M-mount while organizing one of their warehouses. After refurbishing the cameras, Epson decided to sell them for… $17.54 each (tax included). The bad news is that this offer is valid only for 30 residents of Japan who already owned an R-D1 series camera in the past. Additional information can be found on this page.

Today Funleader released a new product: Contax G45 f/2 to Leica M converted lens based on the Contax Zeiss Planar T* 45mm f/2 G lens – you can purchase it directly from their website and free worldwide shipping is included. Only 300 converted lenses are available (first come, first served). Additional pictures:
