Voigtlander Nokton 75mm f/1.5 Aspherical lens quick hands-on review:
- Voigtlander still uses the old lens hood tightening design where you use a screw to attach it to the lens. I am not a big fan of that solution but. The lens hood is reversible.
- The lens has a clickable aperture ring. Smooth handling.
- The lens is made in Japan
- Only meter markings on the distance scale. Adding feet would be helpful for US customers.
- Very narrow depth of field scale – focusing wide open could be a challenge.
- Very compact design compared to the competition.
