The name of the new digital camera without LCD screen I reported yesterday will most likely be Leica M-D. The marketing slogan for the new model (as reported by digicame-info) will be something like: Complete Concentration – Less Technology, More Creative Freedom – Typical M (Google translation).

A quick update on the Leica / Huawei partnership that was announced few days ago: the upcoming Huawei P9 smartphone will have a dual 12MP camera (pictured above) and Leica-made lens system. The official announcement could be as early as next week.
