Firmware update 1.6 for Leica T (Typ 701) camera to be released soon

Firmware update version 1.6 for the Leica T (Typ 701) mirrorless camera is expected to be announced soon (see picture above). I am not sure what improvements will be introduced. If anyone has any details, you can contact me here. Firmware version 1.55 for Leica T was released in September.

Firmware update version 1.55 for Leica T (Typ 701) camera now available

The new firmware update version 1.55 for the Leica T (Typ 701) camera I reported last week is now officially available for download on Leica’s website. The only addition in this release is the full compatibility with the new APO-Macro-Elmarit-TL 60mm/f2.8 ASPH lens.

Leica Camera to announce a new firmware update version 1.55 for the Leica T (Typ 701) camera

In the next few days Leica Camera is rumored to announce a new firmware update version 1.55 for the Leica T (Typ 701) mirrorless camera that will contain full compatibility and AF performance improvements for the Leica APO Macro Elmarit TL 60mm f/2.8 ASPH lens.
