Leica will soon announce a new M10-P Safari limited edition camera that will come with a Leica Summicron-M 50mm f/2 ASPH lens. Only 1500 sets will be produced. I don’t have the price and shipping date yet. Stay tuned for additional information.

Leica 28mm f/5.6 Summaron-M black limited edition lens announced in Japan

Leica Camera Japan Co., Ltd. announced a new Leica 28mm f/5.6 Summaron-M black limited edition lens for the Japanese market. The lens has a matte black finish. Only 50 pieces will be available. The suggested retail price is 380,000 yen (around $3,300). The original Leica 28mm f/5.6 Summaron-M lens is available only in silver. Additional pictures:
