Today Nokishita confirmed what I already reported last month – the recently registered new Leica camera model 3952 will be for the upcoming Leica D-Lux 7.
The current Leica D-Lux (Typ 109) camera is expected to be replaced soon with the new D-Lux 7 model that will be based on the Panasonic LX100 II. I expect the official announcement to be before the end of the year.

I always find it amusing when somebody claims “I’m not rumor-mongering” and then make a video called “Leica SL2 Coming in H1 2019?” – the video is based on a Photokina interview with Stephan Schulz from Leica.
