The new Leica color filters for B&W are now in stock

The new “specially calculated” Leica color filters for B&W are now in stock at Leica Store Miami and at PopFlash (yellow, green, and orange available in E39 and E46). This new set of filters were announced together with the M Monochrom Typ 246 camera. Additional information is available here:

Coming soon: MS Optical 35mm f/1.4 APOQUARIA lens

Mr. Miyazaki of MS Optical in Japan has another new Leica M-mount lens coming out soon: the tiny but fast 35mm f/1.4 APOQUARIA. The tentative price is ¥100,000 (tax not included, or around $831).

Richard Seymour: Photographing Leitz Park with the Leica S (video)

He went to Leica Camera AG’s headquarters at Leitz Park to test the camera out. Two new Voigtländer VM lenses: 10mm f/5.6 Hyper-Wide-Heliar and 12mm f/5.6 Ultra-Wide-Heliar III

12mm f/5.6 Ultra-Wide-Heliar III (replacement for the previous model)
